بررسی و انتخاب توده های دورگ و نسلهای درحال تفکیک گندم نان در منطقه معتدل دیم

Segregating populations due to their high genetic diversity , play an important role in plant breeding. In this investigation F2, F3 , F4 and F6 segregating populations of bread wheat from BWSP nursery originated from national breeding program and ICARDA were evaluated utilizing modified bulk method and 30, 30, 90 and 73 populations were selected from each generation, respectively. Five spikes from each F6 generation were selected and would be planted as head to row next season . Selection was based on visual agronomic characters in field condition. From each selected generation 20 heads from different lines in each population were selected to create the next generation populations.
