بررسی خصوصیات زراعی و عملکرد لاین های جو در آزمایش مقایسه عملکرد مقدماتی سراسری در مناطق گرمسیری و نیمه گرمسیری دیم

This project was performed to obtain cultivars having higher yield than those of current cultivars with suitable traits effective in yield such as suitable plant height under rain-fed condition, uniform tillering, spike length, tolerance to environmental stresses such as diseases and drought. Seventy two genotypes (selected from PBSN in 2007-2008) of barley were compared with two checks (Mahoor and Sahra) sown after each 10 genotypes in three augmented experiments carried out at Gonbad, Gachsaran and Moghan stations. Thirty five genotypes were common in three locations and the remaining 37 were the genotypes that were superior in barley international yield trials at Gonbad. Each line was sown using cereal planters in six lines that were six meter long with twenty centimeters row distances. The area planted for each plot was 7.2 square meters. The area harvested was 6 square meters. During the study, different agronomical traits such as morphological and physiological characteristics at various growth stages were noted and genotypes with higher yield compared to the checks considering some suitable agronomical characters (e.g. plant height, lodging, earliness, resistance to diseases ) were selected for advanced experiments. Lines selected for advanced experiments at Gonbad were as follow: 3, 7, 9, 10, 15, 19, 24, 31, 32, 36, 38, 39, 46, 47, 49, 50, 53, 71, 74, 76, 81, 83. Lines selected for advanced experiments at Moghan were as follow: 18, 28, 29, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40. Lines selected for advanced experiments at Gachsaran were as follow: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41.
