بررسی و انتخاب در توده های دو رگ و نسل های در حال تفکیک گندم نان در شرایط دیم

For creation new diversity and using optimum level of considered traits, production and evaluation of segregating populations are basic principals in wheat breeding program. In this research 531genotypes (192 entries in F2. 129 entries in F3, 201 entries in F4 and 9 entries in F6) were evaluated using modified bulk in Gachsaran and Gonbad agricultural research stations in 2008-009. The best genotypes were selected based on early growth vigor, growth habit, plant height, earliness, synchronization of spikes, leaf and stem angle, tolerance to heat and drought stresses and resistance to rusts and septoria diseases. In consideration of these traits, 119, 73, 94 and 6 genotypes were selected in F2, F3, F4 and F6 respectively. These selected genotypes will test in latter generations in next year. It will be continued to find adapted pure lines.
