بررسی و انتخاب ژنوتیپ های با صفات مطلوب زراعی در نسل های در حال تفکیک عدس

In order to obtain new high yielding lines with good ag ricultural characters, this project was carried out with four experiment. Expt. No. 1 was international lentil F3 cold tolerance nursery that we used six genotypes with two checks (Ardabil local check and ILL 4400), without any replications in two regions (Ardabil and Maragheh). Expt. No. 2 was F4 segregating generation of lentil that we used sevegenotypes which were selected among experimental materials in Maragheh last year. Expt. No.3 was LIF3N-L-2008 that carried out with 11 treatments in Gachsaran station. Soil preparation was achieved in the autumn of 2007 and experimental genotypes planted at the same autumn. During if growth period, all agricultural operations were achieved in the same way, in all plots. In the Maragheh expt, because of occurring heavy damages by cold weather and continuing of drought congitions, all the genotypes were destroyed. In Ardabil station the number of selected single plants from various genotypes were as follows: - From x2006s229 genotype 20 single plants - From each of x2006s3237 and X2006s 107 seven single plants and finally from x2006s95 six single plants. The all single plants will use in F4 segregating generation in the next year. In the Gachsaran station, the genotypes of each plot, harvested as bulk method and we will use in F4 segregating generation in the next year.
