چکیده طرح پژوهشی:

In this research evaluated seed vigor in 6 rainfed wheat varieties and determined seed vigor properties with field yield under dryland conditions. Also introduced the best seed vigor test in rainfed wheat. This project was coducted in two Laboratory and field experiments. Laboratory tests were carried out with 6 wheat varieties including 914-Genbank, Sar/Sak//Arufen, Sardari-101, Sardari-39, Rasad and Azar-2 as CR design and field experiments were performed with 6 wheat varieties as RCB design at the Dryland Agricultural Research Institute, Maragheh, Iran. In the laboratory, electrical conductivity of seed leachates, number of normal, , root, shoot and seedling dry weights, germination rate, mean of germination were significantly differences between varieties. The highest root, shoot and seedling dry weightsand consequently seed vigor belongs to Rasad variety. In field experiment, heads per m2, harvest index, biologic and grain yield were significantly differences between varieties. The highest biologic and grain yield were belonged to Rasad and Sardari- 101. Between grain yield and electrical conductivity of seed leachates was observed negative correlation but with normal seedlings was positive corrrelation. In the field traits, green cover percentage, productivity degree, rainfal productivity index and biologic yield were be positive correlation with grain yield.
