بررسی برآورد پارامترهای ژنتیکی صفات کمی و کیفی ارقام امیدبخش پنبه به روش دی آلل

In order to study phonological traits and estimating genetic parameters for yield, diallel crosses of 7 cultivars including Sahel, Sindose 80, Tabladila, Siokra, Coker, Belizovar and Gukurova along with their parents were planted in randomized complete design with 2 replications at Agriculture Research Station of Biekolh in 2006-2007. Analysis of variance based on Griffings method two with mixed- B model revealed significant mean squares of general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ablilty (SCA) for seed yield which indicated the different GCA effects for parents and also different SCA effects for their crosses. The low estimates of narrow -sense heritability (O.15) and degree of comminace greater than one for yield, showed the importance of non-additive genetic effect for this trait. The means of yields for parents were varied form 1522.5 to 2230.0 related to Sahel and Siokra respectively. The means of yields for crosses were varied form 1935.0 to 3052.5 related to Gukurova x Coker, respectively and the crosses with high means of yields can be used for producing pure lines. Among parents, Belizovar had significant positive general combining ability effect for yield. Key words: Cotton, genetic parameters, diallel, specific combining ability and yield.
