چکیده مقاله:

AS the organization move fast towards chnge and prosperity HRM has substantially undergone comprehensive reform. In such a turbulent situation , HR managers in order to achieve their strategic goals have no ogher way but to comply with the use of the new and applicable methods hence knowing the organization, and efforts to understand the new trends in HRM according to the organizational context comes to be the main responsibility of HR managers. HRM in project oriented organization though plays a major role to the success of organization competitive advantages is an almost unknown subject. since practics at project oriented organizations because of temporary work processes on doing their project tasks are different from calssical organizations with traditional management, acceptable approach to HRM should support this structure. in this paper first it review the project oriented organziation and its characteristics compared to the traditional one, then it describe structure and its criteria and based upon that practices , roles and tasks of HRM at project oriented organization are completely defined. a suitable model of HRM at project oriented organizations if proposed and finally it will have an overview on HRM at RIPI as the project oriented organization, and will offer some useful clues applicable to RIPI.
