چکیده مقاله:

Nowadays, composites are widely used in different industries due to their unique advantages such as mechanical properties and high strength, low weight, corrosion resistance and so on. One of the most important applications of these materials is their use in the manufacture of pressure vessels. One of the most important parameters of pressure vessels is the ability to withstand high pressures in these vessels. In this study, the design and analysis of composite pressure vessels with the aim of reducing stress in the body of these vessels is investigated. For this purpose, the 3D model of the pressure vessel is made, and then the middle part of the vessel is considered as a composite such that it contains 4, 6 and 8 layers. Then the mechanical properties of epoxy graphite are applied to this vessel and the vessel is analyzed statically using Abacus finite element software. This study shows that the maximum stress occurs in the middle part of the vessel and reaches its lowest value when the composite fiber angle is 15 degrees. In order to further reduce the amount of stress in the vessel body, a pipe clamps was used in the cylindrical part of the vessel and it was observed that while the pipe clamps were 110 mm, the amount of stress in the vessel body was minimal.
