Investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational ethics in the city governor Bahar
Sombit to the graduate studies office in partical ful filment of the reguement for the degree of MA in faculty of Humantie.
This study examinated the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational ethics in Bahar city goverment has tried using descriptive - survey and data collection library(the study of sites , literature and articles).
and field the relation ship and the relationship between the independent varilable and it consists of four aspects of idealized in fluence, in tellectual stimulation inspirational motivation and support for development - oriented and depentent variable to be paid.
The pupulation of the city government of all employee in the Bahar to 50 and the number of analayzed sample By using simple random sampling and morgan table of 44 persons.
The data collection tool is a questionnaire and analyze the data in order to test the hypothesis sparman rank correlation cofficent.
The results of the resarch study showed that the main and for secondary resarch hypothesis is accepted among them encuraging index mental higest in the relationship between the four dimensions of transformational leadership and organizational ethics in gaverment as much 350% with Bahar city.d
