طراحی کتابخانه -(رامین حسنی)-(عضو نظام مهندسی استان استان تهران)بدون شک ، کتابخانه به عنوان اندامواره ای زنده و پویا در زمینه علم و دانش ، از نقشی اساسی در اعتلای سطح فرهنگ یک جامعه برخوردار است . در عصر حاضر کتابخانه سهم بسزایی در توسعه اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی جامعه داشته و نقش مهمی در حفظ و پیشرفت فرهنگ، آموزش رسمی و خود آموزی و غنی کردن اوقات فراغت ایفا کرده است. هدف از کتابخانه های عمومی تا به امروز دسترسی به مخازن کتاب به عنوان منبع دانش و اطلاعات و فرهنگ در جهت حمایت و ارتقا عموم بوده است. با این حال جهان به سرعت درحال تغییر است و پیشرفت در فناوری اطلاعات بطور مستقیم بر کتابخانه تاثیر می گذارد. امروزه کتابخانه ها بیش از یک مخزن ذخیره سازی کتاب عمل می کنند. بنابراین افزایش و تاکید بر روی فضاهای خدماتی عمومی در کتابخانه می تواند نقش مهمی برای جذب بازدیدکننده ها در آینده داشته باشد و همچنین مجموعه های متنوعی را در دسترس بازدیدکنندگان قرار دهدLibrary Design - (Ramin Hassani) - (Member of Tehran Engineering Society) Without a doubt, the library, as a living and dynamic organism in the field of science and knowledge, plays a fundamental role in the culture of a society. In the present era, the library has played a significant role in the social, political, economic and cultural development of society and an important role in preserving and advancing culture, formal and self-education, and enriching leisure time.The purpose of public libraries to date has been to provide access to book repositories as a source of knowledge, information, and culture for the protection and advancement of the public. However, the world is changing rapidly, and advances in information technology directly affect libraries. Today, libraries function as more than just a repository for storing books. Therefore, increasing and emphasizing public service spaces in libraries can play an important role in attracting visitors in the future and also making diverse collections available to visitors.
