چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, attention has been focused on novel packaging in food production, which is due to the fact that these types of packages, in comparison with valid types, have the sole responsibility for covering and protecting food from external factors, but also have other benefits that include increased storage time, avoid corruption and nutrient deficiency and determine the shelf-life of foods, significantly reducing the time and cost of microbial tests. Intelligent food packaging, corruption detects and informs the consumer about the contents of the package On the other hand, with the advancement of science and technology, fast and non-destructive methods need to be developed for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of food products at the processing and production site. Nano sensors have made wondrous developments in this field, including a significant reduction in the time and cost of the test Have created nondestructive tests and increased product health assurance in chemical analyzes and microbial isolates. Identification and counting of harmful microorganisms and other toxic compounds. Active packaging holders such as antimicrobial agents, flavors, dyes and nutritional supplements release food over time, preventing food corruptions or improving their nutritional qualities and appearances. Nano technology is promising to achieve food packaging with features such as increased shelf-life, safer, better traceability and healthier foods. Nano sensors are capable of responding to environmental changes (such as temperature, relative humidity, exposure to oxygen) and microbial contaminants during storage of corrosive products. Nano sensors that have been found in food packaging systems can detect changes related to corrosion, pathogens, and chemical contaminants, and to freshen up the freshness of food at any given time. Active and intelligent packaging systems that Nanotechnology produced are able to repair leakages and closed cuts (self-healing properties) and respond to environmental conditions such as changes in pH, temperature and humidity. Nano technology can also improve the barrier properties by improving the permeability behavior of the packaging films and improve the heat resistance. In general, the goals of combining nano sensory technology with packaging films are to find oxygen, provide time and date, display microbial growth, find ethylene, display physical shocks, heat and cool food, display leakage or microbial degradation, absorb smell and taste and increase them and absorb moisture.
