چکیده مقاله:
The determination of effective criteria in supplier selection and prioritization in accordance with manufacturing organization strategies and goals .These indicators can have a significant role in ranking suppliers of the manufacturing organization. Solving this issue can lead to improved organizational performance while at the same time reducing costs associated with purchasing and supply. Supplier assessment in the heavy industry plays a pivotal role. In this paper, we use the Fuzzy Analytical Network Process to prioritize the criteria and selection of suppliers using Fuzzy Topsis method. Then using Genetic Algorithm the mathematical model solved and allocation of orders to each supplier with delivery time and order quantity limitation determined. A hybrid model is solved using MATLAB software. In this research, five raw materials for ranking of 15 suppliers in the heavy industry were investigated based on five main criteria.
