چکیده مقاله:

Exergy and exergoeconomic are newly implemented and developed concepts to assess energy systems. . In this research an exergetic based analysis is performed on a CHP system to address the system performance. The effect of numerous design parameters such ascompressor pressure ratio, gas turbine inlet temperature (GTIT) and pinch point temperature on the system efficiency and the total cost rate are studied. The simulation is carried out by both EES and Matlab software. The results indicate the key role ofcompressor pressure ratio and show a maximum point for overall exergy efficiency which is different from theminimum point of cost of exergy destruction. Pinch point temperature is another crucial parameter in CHP cycles. A decrease in exergy efficiency and an increase in the cost of exergy destruction are observed due to the increase in pinch point temperature. Since some of these parameters have various effects on cost and efficiency as objective functions, a multi objective optimization isapplied based on Genetic algorithm for this CHP system.
