Abstract: Rapid progress in protein, peptide and nucleotide sequencing results in an excessive increase in the number of known biological sequences in different databases. The number of annotated sequences are limited, due to the financial and time costs of annotating these sequences. Computational methods are useful and fundamental complement for experimental approaches.In computational methods machine learning has special importance, nowadays it is used in a wide variety of fields, including biology. The most common approach in machine learning uses sequence-based classification, as the information derived from sequences are abundant and valuable.Sequence-based classification has been used to identify different characteristics of sequences and predict biological functions[1][2][3][4][5]. Having a tool to extract various features from biological sequences (peptide, protein, DNA, RNA) is crucial for any study in this field. Therefore in this study, we developed a comprehensive tool for extracting features from all kinds of biological sequences. The developed tool extract various sequence-based features from provided sequence. Also from implementation point of view, major enhancements have been done in terms of memory and computational costs.
