Proposing a new model based on sustainability balanced scorecard and data envelopment analysis approach for the performance evaluation of tax affairs organizations

The need for progress is one of the effective factors in development and trying to provide the needs, causes an organization to be developed. Meanwhile performance measurement is one of the strongest management implements that gives the essential information about the condition of an organization. Sustainability balanced scorecard that is based on development parameters is a powerful and beneficial tool to measure the performance of an organization or a company and it overviews the performance of an organization by financial and non-financial scales. The purpose of the recent research is to evaluate 15 tax affairs organizations with the use of sustainability balanced scorecard (SBSC) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) and the results have been examined. To design this model, firstly a list of relevant criteria was extracted by using previous papers and then they were examined by the experts and the final model was suggested.
