The current study aimed at investigating the possible relationship that might exist between feedback beliefs, andautonomy of Iranian EFL teachers. In order to conduct this study, at the beginning, 20 Iranian EFL teachers wereselected by the researcher. Then, a teacher feedback beliefs questionnaire that was proposed by Icy Lee (2008) alongwith a teacher autonomy questionnaire that was proposed by Pearson and Hall in (1993) and it was designed to findthe extent to which teachers have autonomy in some areas in terms of: selection of classroom materials and activities,classroom standards of conduct, instructional planning, and personal on-the-job decision making, were administered tothe above mentioned teachers, and they were filled by the same 20 teachers. As the results of this study indicated thenull hypothesis which formulated was confirmed. Therefore, it was concluded that there was no significant relationshipbetween beliefs, and autonomy of Iranian EFL teachers.
