Background: Spiritual role in the health, well-being and quality of life of patients. Help meet the spiritual needs of patients in clinical care is an essential element. Spiritual health can play an important role in meeting the compliance with stressful situations caused by inflammatory diseases. This study aimed to assess the The Relation Between Religious Beliefs and Health in Women With Chronic Disease. Methods: This systematic review article by searching on Google scholar search engines and databases magiran, Sid, PubMed and iranmedex by keyword Spiritual beliefs, women, spiritual health, chronic disease and mental health between 1990 and 2018 it is done Results:The results showed that the correlation between spiritual health and its dimensions with the anxiety of patients with ischemic heart disease. Spiritual health (68.1 percent) and quality of life (86%) of patients were in the middle range. Women with cancer between spiritual health variables (age, duration of cancer, education level and marital status), a statistically significant relationship was observed. As well as studies done on HIV women, those who were HIV + and to a greater extent than they used positive religious coping had greater mental health. In the spiritual health of women, many women with cancer of spiritual health was good. It is also one of the important factors in girls with diabetes in stressful situations spirituality is the spiritual beliefs. Conclusion: In most studies in women, showing the positive impact of religious beliefs onwomen s mental health. Therefore, it is obvious that turning to religion and religious issues of stress and anxiety and even lessen the pain of chronic disease. And as an essential aspect to be considered with care needs of women
