چکیده مقاله:

Lead(II) complexes are interesting and frequently discussed when considering the coordination and stereo-activity of heavy metals, that is the stereo-chemical activity of the valence shell electron lone pairs [1–7]. Lead cations form a range of coordination polymers and polynuclear complexes, which display interesting structural features as a consequence of their large radius, the adoption of different coordination numbers and the possible occurrence of a stereo-chemically active lone pair of electrons [8]. The possible stereo-chemical activity of the lone pair of PbII compounds has been discussed by Shimoni-Livny et al., based on a thorough review of the crystal data available in the Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) [9]. Herein we report the novel lead(II) compound with stereo-chemically active electron lone pairs, and asymmetrical coordination sphere.
