Environmental Pollution Effect on the Photosynthesis Process: Quantum chaos approach

Photosynthesis is one of the most important processes on earth that life of all creatures depends on that. On the other side, the photosynthetic systems are biologic systems with interesting features that our study helps us to achieve a better understanding of our environment. In this regard, we are trying to determine the environmental effect, in particular, the contamination of the environment on accelerating or reducing the photosynthesis process for a particular photosynthetic system (Fenna_Matthews_Olson). The study is based on the quantum chaos approach with level spacing distribution, inverse participation ratio, and with the help of them, we study the PH effect on the dynamics of the system.
