چکیده مقاله:
In this work, Ni-Pd and Ni-Ir bimetallic nanoparticles were supported on the vulcan carbon(XC-72) [1]. Morphology of nanoparticles by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energydespersive spectroscopy (EDX) techniques was investigated. The kinetics and mechanism of theoxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in 0.1M NaoH were analyzed. The electrocatalyticperformance of catalysts inks was investigated by cyclic voltametery (CV), AC impedancespectroscopy (EIS) and chronoamperometery methods [2]. According to the electrochemicalmeasurments, the Ni-Pd catalyst indicated the high current density, low onset potential andlowest charge transfer resistance. Therefore, in accordance with the results of eletrochemicalmeasurment, the Ni-Pd catalyst indicates the higher performance than Ni-Ir catalyst.
