چکیده مقاله:

A new type of carrier liquids, supramolecular solvent (SUPRAS) based on a mixture ofdodecanol1-and tetrahydrofuran (THF) was combined with Cu/Fe layered double hydroxide coated on a magnetic nanoparticle (Fe3O4 @SiO2@Cu-Fe–LDH) and used in developing dispersive microsolid phase extraction for preconcentration of methadone in biological samples. In this work, the supramolecular solvent was injected into a solution containing Fe3O4@SiO2@Cu-Fe–LDH to provide a high stability and high dispersion for the sorbent without any stabilizer agent. Air-assisted was applied to enhance the dispersion of the sorbent. Some analytical techniques were performed to assess the surface chemical characteristics of the Fe3O4@SiO2@Cu-Fe–LDH NPs. The effect of important parameters on the extraction recovery was investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the limit of detection and quantification was found in the 0.9-2.4 µgL-1and 2.7-7.5 µgL-1 with The preconcentration factors in the range 450472- in biological samples. This method was used for the determination ofmethadone with good recoveries in biological samples (plasma, urine and saliva samples).
