چکیده مقاله:

Using tuberous roots in the cow rations allows increasing the productivity and quality of the products. One of the ways to raise the efficiency of using forage is milling. The high diversity of psychical and mechanical features of forage and wide spectrum of fodder mills designs makes it necessary to clarify the durability features of the tuberous roots. To investigate the durability features of the tuberous roots we designed an apparatus with an inscriber aimed to study the destruction forces. The article provides the description of an apparatus and methods to study the durability features of the grinded succulent fodder and to process the acquired results. Relying on the findings the paper identified the dependencies of the compression stress changes from the elastoplastic deformation module and elastoplastic deformation module from the amount of sample’s relative deformation and compression stress. The dependence of the cutter’s specific linear force from its sharpening angle and blade’s inclination angle relative to shear knife is also identified. The rational values of these parameters are established
