چکیده مقاله:

Background: The purpose of the present research was to study the relationship between the incentive and commitment of volunteer male force in students sports Olympiad.Materials and Methods: In this direction, Han & Keunsu incentive and commitment questionnaire (2004) has been used and was distributed among statistical samples after itspictures and continuity (impetus, α=76% & commitment, α=79%) have been approved. These samples are comprised of the whole participant volunteers in 2011 student Olympiad that were 254 people in total. In order to analyze the data, statistical methods Pierson Correlation Coefficient have been used & SPSS19 software. Results and Discussions: It is urgent for sports organizations to spend more time for identification of volunteers incentives and advantages this important level of human resources will bring for sports society. Ergo they can detect procedures and methods in order to raise their commitment level towards taken responsibilities. Conclusion: This in turn can facilitate the intake process and maintaining volunteers for the future. This study suggested that sport events managers to performed better recruitment and retention strategies must to pay attention to priority of motivational and organizational commitment factors, and to designed themselves activity to consideration of relationshipbetween these factors.
