Examining the amount of sports tourists satisfaction about the quality of tourist facilities in Semnan province

Background: The aim of this study is to examine the amount of sports tourists satisfaction about the quality of tourist facilities (Sports, residential and entertainment) in Semnan province. Materials and Methods: The study population included all athletes and spectators participating in sporting events in Semnan province at 1394 who attended in the sports complexes. The statistical sample was 197 students who were selected randomly in sports complexes. The research was descriptive of the correlation type that done in the field method and Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data. Research’s collect tools using a questionnaire that was designed by researcher and its validity was confirmed by experts and specialists of sports management and its reliability using Cronbach s FA (82%). Results: The results showed, there is a significant and positive relationship between research variables and satisfaction level of sports tourists (p> 0.05). Conclusion: It is recommended to increase satisfaction level of sports tourism, considered more quality of tourism facilities, especially sports facilities
