چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this research is to compare the physical readiness, body fat percentage, and blood serum lipids among the students of the University of Applied Sciences in Dehdasht. The statistical population of this research is all students of the University of Applied Sciences in Dehdasht. In addition, the research sample includes 100 students of the University of Applied Sciences (50 males and 50 females) who were randomly selected. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test is used to determine the normality of data and Levene s test is used for the homogeneity of variances. Ifred super test is used to assess physical readiness, which includes sit-ups, modified gymbar, running 540 meters. In addition, caliper and two point formula (triceps brachii - leg) Le Mans and Slater were used to obtain the percentage of body fat. The amount of blood serum lipids in samples was obtained based on blood samples, which were taken in the medical laboratory in Dehdasht. The measurement tools include Ifred test and caliper device. Independent T test was used for statistical analysis and Pearson correlation test was used to compare the variables among students for inter-group relations of variables. Results showed that the mean scores of physical readiness in students from the University of Applied Sciences have a significant difference in male students. A significant difference was observed among the mean percentage of body fat in male students at the University of Applied Sciences. A significant difference was observed in only two factors of HDL and TG of male students among blood serum lipids (TC, TG, LDL, HDL) variables in male and female students. A significant direct relationship was observed between physical readiness levels and HDL in blood serum lipids in female students. A significant direct relationship was observed between the body fat percentages with TG in male students
