The relationship between organizational culture and job burnout of physical education teachers in the city of Semnan

Human resources are among factors that plays a major role in the survival of an efficient and effective organization. The most effective way to gain a competitive advantage in the current situation is more efficient staff. The science experts of management believe that if you do not pay attention to the actual needs of employees, the company will suffer with reduced productivity. For this reason, consideration of the needs and aspirations of the human factor in the education which are the teachers of physical education is a necessity. Vibrant education system also requires a variety of factors, including having creative, happy, highly motivated staff and teachers who are also happy with working environment. Because teachers who suffer from burnout, are emotional tired, their work motivation is low, are depressed and have little energy and excitement to do work. This study was done with descriptive method and sample is the physical education teachers of Semnan Department of Education. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire and for data analysis, descriptive and analytical statistics were used by use of SPSS software. Findings from analysis and testing hypotheses on the relationship between organizational culture and job burnout showed that organizational culture has a significant inverse relationship with job burnout. And this means that when the organizational culture of the physical education teachers are increased, the amount of job burnout is reduced. Based on the results, we can conclude that with the strengthening and increasing the organizational culture, we can reduce job burnout of teachers
