Investigating the conditions of sports complexes in Hamedan province applying strategic method

Background: The aim of present study is to investigate the condition of government sports complexes in Hamedan province using strategic method. Materials and Methods: This survey is of Descriptive-Analytical type, using field research. Demographic features consist of managers of sports complexes in Hamedan province. Gathering data has been fulfilled applying the researcher s questionnaire whose reliability and validity have been calculated with Cronbach Alpha quotient (0/87) through supervision of experts in the field. Results and Discussions: The results showed that the sports complexes have some weak points in the fields of sports complexes facilities, scheduling and maintenance; Furthermore, government sports complexes have some strong points such as: safety condition, location of sports complexes, customer orientation and human resources. Conclusion: Also , the sports complexes have some opportunities like people s attachment toward sports and private sector s investment ; facing some threats such as : economic inflation , lack of income through sports tourism in the region , lack of free time for people to do sports , lack of media sports advertisement and low rate of income for people
