چکیده مقاله:
Annealing is one of the stages of FePtnanoparticles preparation, during which the transition to acompositionally ordered phase occurs. In order to size andshape control of the nanoparticles in the mentioned stage, itis needed that they be distributed on a suitable surface. Inthe present work, the spin-coating method is suggested forpreparing monolayer from L1(2)-FePt(3) nanoparticles colloidalsolution on SiO(2)/Si substrates. FePt(3) nanoparticleswere gradually deposited as droplets on the center of a500 rpm rotating substrate. This step was performed inhexane vapor atmosphere without any stopping time. Theanalyses revealed that a uniform surface distribution wasformed so that, after annealing at 600 C for 1 h the 6.1 nmL1(2)-FePt(3) nanoparticles were spherical in shape withstandard deviation of 1.5 nm.
