چکیده مقاله:
Inhibitors of alpha-amylase are proposed as potential treatment aid of diabetes and obesity. Since recognition of the effect of amino acids on joining to ligands in designing new inhibitors is so important , created interactions between HSA(human salivary amylase) and PPA (porcine pancreatic amylase) with Acarbose, Acarviosine, carviosine Glucose ,Glcthiohydantoin and Pentagalloyl glucose inhibitors was examined. .In this investigatition we used of Autodock3.All of investigating inhibitors was in Active site .Interactions between enzyms and inhibitors was pi-pi and hydrogen bonds. in the examination of the effect of Foregoing inhibitors on HSA the number of available amino acids in active site are in high rank which are D197 , Q63 E233, K200 , Y62 ,D300 and with analysis the effect of suger inhibitors on HSA (without chloride) D197 , Q63 E233, K200 , Y62 and D300 play important role. Therefore attention to these aminoacids for designing new of this family is very important. drug
