چکیده مقاله:

Metal oxide nanoparticles such as Zno is a semiconductor with various special properties that attracted re-searchers attention. This nanoparticle is from II–VI group with hexagonal wurtzit crystal structure, wide direct band gap (3.37 ev) and large exciton binding energy (60 Mev) that couse interesting luminescent, piezoelectric and photoconducting properties. Numerous studies showed that the properties of ZnO extremely depend on their size, morphology, orientathion and dementions. Recently, various ZnO nano structure have been fabricat-and nanoparticls etc... that have many applications. ed by researchers, such as nanotubes, nanorods, nanowires Inorganic NPs, as well as metal oxides, are hopeful materials for applications in medicine.Different methods for preparation ZnO NPs: It was confirmed that prepared condition influences strongly on ZnO structure (cubic and/ or hexagonal crystal structure) and morphology (nanowires, nanorods, tubes, disks and flower-like), so it also ZnO NPs applications: Nanostructured ZnO has some features including .directly affects the properties of ZnO etc… that making high surface area, favorable biocompatibility and biodegradability, chemical stability, non-toxic it great for potential applications in biosensors, drug/gene delivery, cell imagining ,anticancer, antimicrobial etc.. In this review, we referred to different methods of ZnO preparation and .that we will refer to them in this review various applications of it in incurable debases. Finally, based on numerous studies, we can result that this NPs have great potential in biomedicine
