Risk management in logistics process based on the hybrid approach of PFMEA and IDEA

In most organizations, logistics as a comprehensive system seeks to provide the optimal solution for achieving customer satisfaction. So that any deviation in the process of logistics cause poor performance and loss of market share. In this study in order to optimize logistical processes process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA) method has implemented with the help of a multidisciplinary team in manufacturing organization active in the automotive parts industry and potential risks will be identified. But this risk occurring in the future, and detection, occurrence and their effect are possible processes; because they are done based on some predictions by team of experts. As a result, handling the three criteria under uncertainty conditions in order to prioritize risks is of cases which are important and it is necessary until scoring the risks be considered like interval; so that it is strengthened against the commenting of different people. Accordingly, prioritization of logistics risks instead of using risk priority number (RPN) according to score coming out of interval data envelopment analysis (IDEA) without-outputs based on three main criteria determining risk priority number which play the role of the inputs of mentioned method are done and suggested actions offered to reduce their effects.
