چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study was to the study of investigating the impact of social capital on organizational innovation with the role of mediator of knowledge management. A descriptive, quantitative, co relational design was used. The statistic population of research consist all employees of Islamic Azad University of Sirjan. The population consist of 240 employees. A data collection instrument is included demographic questionnaire, questionnaire of social capital and organizational innovation and knowledge management. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, structural equation by software of Lisrel 8.5. The results of this study show the there is a significant relationship between social capital and organizational innovation. According the results, there is a significant relationship between social capital and organizational innovation with the role of mediator of knowledge management
