Assess the Role of human resource strategies in participation and commitment of the employees in Refah Bank of Kohgiloyeh and Boyer- Ahmad

Rapid changes in the economic, political, social, situation etc. at the national, regional and international levels has sharply changed organizational strategies at the corporate level, the business level and at the responsibility level and has created many problems, under such changing and complex conditions, survival and providing the effective performance by organizations, especially Refah Bank of Kohgiloyeh and Boyer-Ahmad needs and is subject to employee participation and commitment in the organizational affairs. In this regard a study entitled Evaluation of the role of human resource strategies in participation and commitment of the employees in Refah Bank of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad was done. This study is objectively applied and in terms of the method is correlational. The study population consisted of all employees of Refah Bank of Kohgiloyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, who were 140 people. Due to the limitation of the population studied census method was used to determine the sample size. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire that validity and reliability of the questionnaire was proven in a preliminary study. In order to analyze research data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, median, mode, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used. Data processing was performed using SPSS software. The most important results obtained in this study show that there was no significant correlation between the human resource strategies and Employee participation in Refah Bank of Kohgiloyeh and Boyer-Ahmad.
