چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between spiritual leadership and the entrepreneurial organizational culture in the Special Economic Zone of Imam Khomeini Port. A descriptive-correlational research method has been used in this study and the study has been conducted as a fieldwork. The study population consists of all experts of the Special Economic Zone of Imam Khomeini Port and the statistical sample was selected equal to the population using complete enumeration method (N = 97). Two standardquestionnaires were used for data collection. The results of the study showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and entrepreneurial organizational culture (p <0.001), and spiritual leadership and the three components of vision, hope and faith, and altruism love predict entrepreneurial organizational culture. The findings of this study showed that hope and faith can predict 36% of the changes of entrepreneurial organizational culture. Vision can predict 23% of changes of entrepreneurial organizational culture. The altruism love component, with a coefficient of 0.43, can also predict the changes ofentrepreneurial organizational culture
