OEE gauge usage as a best practice for spoilage reduction & productivity increasement in industry

in this paper we survey overall Equipment effectiveness (OEE) as a best practice & monitoring & controlling tools of spoilage reduction & its costs & productivity increasment manufacturing systems. We practice it in formatting of a case study in manufacturing system in gorgan on diecast machine with high pressure mold somehow we monitor importance of this key operational gauge before & after system improvement. We can understand comprehension of this gauge in every domain like as production process & maintenance system & engineering activity related to improvement & preventive & corrective projects somehow we can evaluate TPM effectiveness with OEE gaugecontrol.
