Design of Balanced Low Noise Amplifier Terminated to Rectangular Microstrip Antenna in S-Band

This paper presents design of a balanced low noise amplifier (LNA) connected to rectangular microstrip antenna in S-band. The designed structure via integrating softwares of ADS and HFSS yields input and output reflectioncoefficients, and noise figure less than -30dB, and 2dB respectively. Also power gain about 16dB in Sband is achieved.
