چکیده مقاله:
Efficient multilayer semiconductors performance requires optimum parameters of each layer. One of the most important issues in the thin films is understanding and analyzing the radiative properties of them. Cadmium telluride is one of the most promising materials for device applications. It has a high absorption coefficient in the visible range of the solar spectrum and its band gap is close to the optimum value for efficient solar energy conversion. In this paper we use transfer matrix method to calculate the radiative properties of multilayer structure and then optimized with genetic algorithm at 25°C with an angle of incident 45° at the wavelength 0.62 micrometer in the visible range. Triple radiative properties of absorption, transmission, reflection and desirable thickness of layers in three cases of s-polarize, p-polarize and un-polarize are extracted. It was seen that for all cases transmission coefficient is approximately zero and other of triple coefficients behave oppositely.
