چکیده مقاله:
The present paper aims to examine the impact of relationship between summarization (Information Technology) through transfer channels on human resource management components. To collect data, library studies were used to explain the existing theoretical literature, and also a questionnaire was applied to measure the variables. The study statistical community was composed of employees at all Ansar Bank Branches in Kermanshah Province. The sampling method is total calculation, and out of 160 distributed questionnaires among the employees, 96 were chosen to analyze data. The study data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. The most important findings indicated that employees recognize data summarization (IT) as a factor effective in terms of promptness in performing tasks, accuracy in performing tasks, transparency in designing the system, quick and accurate evaluation and establishing more disciplineon the human management components, i.e. education 64%, motivation 60%, employees discipline 43%.. Furthermore, the hypotheses testing indicate that education in organization with significance level 0.97 can increase efficiency and effectiveness of an organization (bank).
