چکیده مقاله:
In current study, several research on rewarding system in the world’s organizations is presented according to the data obtained from the study conducted on world’s rewarding system organizations. Therefore, the current research was aimed to study how firms can competently manage their remuneration system during variations in the commercial environment and defining the relation between firms remuneration systems and their personnel’ recoveries. In this context, several studies were performed about three largest companies in the world like Apple, McDonalds and commercial bank of Sri Lanka for examining the remuneration system and explaining its influences on making job satisfaction between Human Resources. Outcomes showed a linear relation between the remuneration system and the stimulation of personnel and public presentations. In most lawsuits, enhancing remunerations causes high satisfaction scores and safer recovery of the personnel. Moreover, Remuneration will simply be a valuable tool in forming behavior, if personnel are conscious of the parameters affecting it. It can be lastly concluded that placing a apposite recovery related to remuneration system is necessary for every organization for achieving its aims, goals, approaches, vision and mission.
