Investigation of H2S Separation Methods from Biogas to Supply Clean Fuel Sources

Population growth and industries development are indicating thedemand of all kind of clean energies. Biofuels are agreeable fuels instead of fossilfuels produced by complex microorganism. Biofuel can utilize in different parts ofthe world if the right bacterial growth conditions were exist. Anaerobic Digestion(AD) of organic material produces Biogas contents Biomethane (CH4) and toxicand corrosive Hydrogen Sulfide. Different techniques based on Chemical,Physical and Biological methods are employed for separate H2S. These separationmethods are selected by gas properties, process costs and state law limitations.This review discusses usual and new process foundations of H2S separationtechniques.
