Explain the model of impact of the politics perceptions on work outcomes and moderating role of political skills in the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Islamic Republic of Iran

This study aims to Explain the model of impact of the politics perceptions on work outcomes and moderating role of political skills in the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Islamic Republic of Iran has been done. The research is objectively applied and the research method is correlational descriptive. The Data collection in the field was done through distributing questionnaires among the sample. The population of the study consisted of 466 employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Islamic Republic of Iran that by statistical method (Cochran formula), 210 subjects were selected as the sample. In response to test the hypotheses, findings suggest that the validity of the model of politics perceptions impact on work outcomes and moderating role of political skills in the Ministry of Sports and Youth was desirable. And the relationships between the variables confirm the effectiveness of this model so that there was a significant relationship between the politics perceptions on work outcomes and moderating role of political skills.
