چکیده مقاله:

One of the widespread events during the process of dialysis, is hypotension during the process of hemodialysis that occurs as a result of rapid decline of relative blood volume.in this article therelative blood volume is monitored by measuring the density of hemoglobin or hematocrit under the optical non-aggressive method during the hemodialysis process. So monitoring the relative blood volume can set the scene to predict possibility of hypotension before taking place. the usingoptical sensor is a IR sensor in the frequency range of 850-920nm. In addition to making prediction of hypotension possible, the measurement and monitoring the varieties of blood volume under optical method during the hemodialysis process has lots of advantages particularly as beingnon-aggressive, lower noise compared with ultrasonic method, high accuracy, more exact analysis on blood parameters, achieving to most rate of dewatering without falling the patient in danger and finally increasing dialysis quality
