Artificial intelligence and successful factor of ICT in GII

The ICT investments lead to cost reductions, higher flexibility andincrease in firms’ competitiveness and educational stakeholdersrecognize the role of ICT as a key enabler of innovation and creativity.Across sectors, ICTs supporting productivity and innovation. As therapid change of global economic landscape and the role played by ICTsin supporting economic development is vital. After the 2008 economicand financial crisis, innovation is viewed as central to building stronger,cleaner, and more inclusive economies capable of offering better jobs.Within environment of open markets, free-trade policies and favorableinvestment environments, assets such as talent, capital, and knowledgecan be aligned and the impact of innovation in one location can spreadto help improve the world as a whole. The aim of this article is toreview GII and IDI of countries in distributed global innovation. So, itis a tool that extends beyond basic infrastructure elements and builds anadditional layer on top of the physical infrastructure. Herein, it will bereviewed the relation between these infrastructures and their utilizationand the innovation through knowledge and technology output. Finally,artificial intelligence will be employed for this purpose.
