چکیده مقاله:

In this study, polypropylene (PP) and polypropylene/graphene nanoplatelets (GnPs) were melt-spun with different amounts of GnPs. Structural parameters of monofilament fibers were investigated using small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and parameters of lamella stacks were determined from Lorentz-corrected SAXS curves and one-dimensional correlation function. For nanocomposite fibers, the long period increased about 6-9% upon the inclusion of the GnPs, but the long period was relatively insensitive to the amount of the GnPs. The thicker crystal lamella in the PP/GnPs nanocomposite fibers in the presence of a compatibilizer was consistent with its higher crystallinity.
