چکیده مقاله:

در این مقاله به بررسی تاثیر متقابل فرهنگی آموزش در تنظیم مامور بین المللی است می پردازیم. ما در آموزش قبل از خروج (PDT) قبل از واگذاری بین المللی بیشتر تمرکز می کنیم. این موضوع مهم است، زیرا در دنیای جهانی شده امروز به مهاجرت بیشتری نیاز است. فقدان PDT ممکن است شکست تجربه مهاجرت تولید کند. شرکت ها ممکن است به دلیل شیوه های PDT کاهش هزینه و جهل از نیاز به آن غفلت. اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساخت یافته به 42 مامور بین المللی پرتغالی و 18 نمایندگان سازمان از شرکت های پرتغالی جمع آوری شد. نتایج نشان می دهد که شرکت ها باید برنامه های PDT توسعه را اجرا کنند، به ویژه زمانی که فاصله فرهنگی به کشور میزبان بزرگتر است و زمانی که هیچ تجربه قبلی از مهاجرت به آن کشور در این شرکت وجود ندارد. مطالعه اولیه است چرا که در عمق جزئیات روش PDT، مشکلات آن، و پیامدهای برخی از محدودیت های مربوط به طراحی تحقیق، و دقیق در نتیجه باید در مطالعات آینده غلبه برباشد.
