چکیده مقاله:

Today, organizational theorists and managers alike are excited by the prospect of knowledge management technologies like internets, recommender systems, and social networking sites for capturing individuals’ expertise such that it becomes actionable organizational expertise. The shared technological shared knowledge allows rapid transfer and development of new knowledge and the drive to commercialize a product before a competitor. In present article general categories of knowledge management has been presented.
