چکیده مقاله:

This paper explores the question: What are the main objectivities and principles of Eco-citiesand what are the aspects which leads many cases to failure or success, regarding to the worldwidearchitectural and urban design developments and impacts on economic realm, environmental issuesand sociological aspects. How beneficial is the matter of erecting an Eco-city. In addition, I will applya general framework considering hypotheses and opinions in favor and against the issue. I alsooutline major criteria in the theories of Eco-city; aspects, tactics and strategies that Eco-city designersconsider to apply. Considering there are huge matters and subjects which I should gather in thispaper; I see this an obligation to explore possible geopolitical and economic effects on this matter as asubject related to the topic
