چکیده مقاله:

Technology selection is an important part of management of technology. Traditionally, the application of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) for technology selection problems is based on total flexibility of the weights. However. The problem of allowing total flexibilitv of the weights is that the values of the weights is thatthe values of the weights obtained bv solving the unrestricted DEA program are often in contradiction to prior views or additional available information. Although there are some references that effectively integrate decision maker preferences into the technology evaluation process, but they do not solve the problem of infeasibility. The opjective of this paper is to suggest a model for selecting the best technologies in the presence of weight restrictions, while overcoming the problem of infeasibility. A numerical example demonstrates the application of the proposed method.
