Organizational Agility: New conceptual Framework for uncertainty and change proficiency

In business environment, if there is one constant thing , it is certainly change. But to respond effectively to the changes that occur in environment, organizations need to learn about arganizational agility. In this paper, we have presented on integrated methodology for organizational agility based on literature review.
