An Evaluation Model for determining life Insurance Policy Using the AHP, Fuzzy logic:case studies of life,annuity and investment insurances

this paper presents evaluation models for selecting insurance policies. Three models are built for three insurances, respectively, including life, annuity and investment-oriented insurances. The proposed models consist of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy logic. Three variables are selected as the inputs including age, annual income and educational level. These inputs are transferred to fuzzy variables using trapezoidalmembership functions and then fed to AHP. To build the models, we interview with three domain experts with at least five years of working experience in insurance companies.
